Toni,
I would like to personally thank you, all the residents, and wonderful families that put together the care package that I received as of yesterday. First and foremost, it's the things like these that make the time so far away from home go as quickly and smoothly as possible.
I've been an F-15 Crew Chief in the USAF for more than 8 years now and I wouldn't trade my experiences or fortitude I've redeemed from the Air Force for anything in the world. I'm honestly a better person for having enlisted and my reasons as such couldn't be more stringent at the moment considering everything that's going on in the world today. I can say in all honesty that all the things in the package will be of great use to me during my time here in Osan Air Base, South Korea. My parents, Ralph and Janice Novak and myself became residents of Wekiva Cove during the summer of '97 and what a beautiful area and neighborhood it was and is even more so today. I graduated from Lake Brantley HS and
3 months later, enlisted in the AF in late August, '01....the rest, shall we say, is history. As a personal favor to me, please see that the people that contributed to the care package receive my sincere thanks and if possible, send a copy of this e-mail to them as well.
Happy Holidays to all from where I call home. P.S. the ornaments that were in the package made by the neighborhood kids are happily hanging on
mine and my girlfriend's Christmas Tree!!

I thought you all would like to know what it feels like to have made a Soldier stationed in South Korea feels about his life as a soldier and about all of you. You should be very proud of yourselves.
